“Whether inside or outside of everyday experience, I know that life can be both cruel and beautiful, with lots of sadness but also happiness. However, the more I try to express those things through some means, the more they become something else. They just become an expressed form. Is it possible for art as a means of expression to ignore this expressed form and try to convey something else? Thus, art is not a means of conveying something, but a means of pursuing the item's originality and purity. However, that seems to be a fleeting dream. In trying to express or convey a particular thing, something is lost. On the other hand, something is conveyed even though you are not trying to express or convey anything. Perhaps I am just wishing to experience this ridicuIous matter as part of our world, our life and something that we share.”
